When we plannet this machine, we gave great care to the choice of the best materials and ratio of speed (between bowl and fork) thus obtaining a modern machine kneading gently and carefully any type of dough.

The full cover is a warrant of hygiene for the product.
The fork and bowl are stainless steel. Available in 1 or 2 speed.
