Levelling Machine for pizza “LA PIZZAIOLA”
Machine suitable to roll out leavened small pieces of dough for production of Pizza.
It is built in 2 models: the small one can work a 35 cm max. diameter,
the large one up to 50 cm max. diameter.
In both models diameter and thickness can be regulated by the operator. The dough goes twice through 2 couples of special independent non-adhesive cylinders, equipped with scrapers and thickness regulators.
The levelling time of each pieces is 6 seconds. Simple operation and minimum overall dimensions. The machine is prearranged for positioning on table or on the wall. It is fitted with flour tray and safety device according to regulations in force.
It is also suitable for the production of Italian “piadine” and Arab-bread.
Completely in stainless steel.
