Machine specifically designed for rolling pieces of dough, ideal for preparing loaves for pizza and large round bread, pinsa and panettone.
It can roll pieces weighing from 100 g. 100 per gr. 1200.
This rounder is ideal for working with highly hydrated dough (soft and sticky) and also leavened dough. The adjustable pressing system simulates manual processing, moving the dough and dragging it against the side rails, forming the ball gently and without stress.
It is equipped with mechanical adjustment of the pressing and electronic speed adjustment to allow the machine to be adapted to the various processes.
The non-stick belts with negative pyramid texture and the two independent stainless steel flour dusters allow you to round even the stickiest doughs.
