Moulder machine for rolled-up bread
New design machine, simple but efficient, granting the best process in making the product. Inlet belt carries the dough into stainless steel cylinders, an adjustable opening allows a very soft and gradual process in making the dough. Thanks to the differentiated speed of the belts the best rolling up of bread with weight ranging from 20 to 1300 g in different shapes (banana, biovetta, mantovana) is performed. This machine is equipped with an anti-scrap device for the rolled-up pieces. A special control allows a large opening of the upper belt so that you can roll dough pieces up to 3 kg max.
Equipped with a stainless steel slide for the pieces’ return and with keeping dough trays in stainless steel. The machine is wheel-mounted for easy handling.
