This machine moulds long loaves with progressive elongation up to 78 cm of any kind of dough. Dough is flattened between two adjustable cylinders with large diameter made of non-sticking material, afterwards it is pre-rounded and then it pass automatically through two big belts thus obtaining long loaves of the desired length. The machine is also suitable for handling soft dough mixtures with water contents up to 75%. A safety device prevents accidents. This machine is available in two different versions, on request, we can supply model F-311 with motorised belt at the outlet pieces or model F-312 with motorised belt both at the inlet and outlet pieces, for combining with dividing machines.
Weight-range: from 50 g up to 1500 g each piece.
