Automatic bread dough mills

Machines suitable to roll many times, therefore to refine and make your bread dough more homogeneous. Working: put the dough piece (from kg 18 to kg 35 max., according to the machine) on the inferior belt. Adjust the thickness and, with the timer, the number of times that the dough has to be passed through. While working, at each passage, the dough comes out from the superior belt and folds over upon itself many times. Machine stops automatically when the fixed passages have been made. This machine is available in two models:
• Small type: for dough pieces up to kg 18, it mounts cylinders mm 500 length.
• Large type: for dough pieces up to kg 35, it mounts cylinders mm 700 length.
Both models are equipped with wheels and mount 3 stainless steel cylinders of large diameter. Machines are provided with a proper control to regulate the cylinders’ opening. They have a low tension electrical plant and timer. The machines are also equipped with a tray for the waste-product and with safety stainless steel screen according to CE regulations.
