Kneading machine with plunging arms EVO version

Built on the base of our traditional kneading machines with plunging arms, the EVO series shares the same tried and tested solid mechanics of the classic models and introduces important innovations:
• Touch screen control panel, that allows to save receipts; up to 20 phases for each receipt, completely customizable.
• From 25 to 75 strokes per minute, electronically adjustable.
• Pause timer.
• Closed safety screen in stainless steel and plexiglass, in order to check the dough and for a better hygiene.
• Innovative safety screen closure to save space and that allows a better access to the bowl, which makes the emptying process easier.
