Semi-automatic moulder of bread sticks

In this machine bread sticks are shaped by a set of moulding rolls available in different diameters, at your choice (see table, here under). The rolls are quickly and easily interchangeable. The bread sticks’ length is adjusted by a timer set on the control panel. When the required size is reached, the machine stops. Cut is made manually by pressing a command, either on the outlet belt or on suitable trays to be inserted in the machine. The cutting rolls’ width is 15 cm. Production capacity is from 8 to 24 bread sticks each time, accordingly to the chosen rolls’ diameter. This machine is supplied with one moulding roll at your choice, while other sizes can be supplied on your express request. The machine’s base is a sort of storing place. Mounted on wheels. When the machine is not working, the charging hopper (made by free rollers in Teflon) may be closed thus reducing encumbering space.
