Puff-paste making machine

It is a special puff-paste making machine with useful sizes cm 60×270, working at 2 speeds (work & cut), endowed with device to carry the cutting tools and modified for making the cutting operation easier. The easy and quick change of the stainless steel cutting tools, allows you to obtain different cutting sizes and shapes.
Working: prepare the puff-paste and wrap it on the rolling-pin, then lower the cutting device and proceed with cutting operation. Combining this puff-paste making machine with a triangle cutting unit and a croissants moulding machine, only one person can produce about 800 croissants per hour. Additional cutting tools are available on request, for cutting round – square and rectangular shapes, in different sizes.
