Automatic divider

The dividing operation is mechanic type, fully automatic. The pressing and dividing cycle begins when the machine’s cover is lowered. The machine performs a completely automatic cycle in five seconds. The knife and all parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel. Pistons are in Derlin, in order to avoid the dough sticking. The machine has two pressure regulators: the first one is mechanic and adjusts the pressing force on the dough, the second one is electronic and adjusts the pressing time. In this way you always obtain excellent results even when pressing the most delicate dough. Low tension electrical plant, accordingly to European Community rules.
It is manufactured as follows:
– with hexagonal cut: 2 models at 37 divisions and 1 model at 19 divisions,
– with square cut, with blades and hydraulic working: 2 models at 20 divisions.
Output: 3.000/6.000 pieces/hour.
