This machine does not maltreat dough and gives the best result with rolls, canap?s, pizza, ÒkrapfenÓ, typical Sicilian brioches, etc.
Mounted on wheels. Easy to clean and maintain, thanks to the rotating blockade for cutting. Available in different models, at 14 – 30 – 36 – 52 divisions, in order to obtain various weight ranges (as per table).
