Puff-paste making machine cm. 60

Machine suitable to roll every kind of dough, mainly the puff-paste. The adjustable cylinders are made out of stainless steel and the possibility of a wide opening, makes rolling of large dough pieces easier. A stop device allows to predetermine the final puff-paste thickness. It is all mounted on ball bearings and the belts can turn in 2 different speeds thanks to a special clutch.
The safety device, the trays to prevent puff-paste fall and the flour container are made out of stainless steel. The machine is fitted with a low tension electrical plant and reversal of rotation is possible thanks to a double manual control. It is also possible to fold the belts upwards at the end of the work. The machine is supplied with 2 rolling-pins.
