Automatic divider for soft dough

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
• Folding inlet belt to reduce overall dimensions when the machine is not working.
• Outlet belt adjustable in height to be combined with different types of molders (long and round loaves), etc.
• Possibility of working:
at 1 row, obtaining dough pieces 150 mm wide and with weight from 70 to 1100 grams,
at 2 alternate rows, obtaining dough pieces 75 mm wide and with weight from 35 to 550 grams, thanks to a special adjusting device.
• Thickness is adjustable with a proper control, length of cut pieces is electronically adjustable and readable on a digital display.
• Output 700 to 5000 pieces/hour by speed variator adjustment.
• Low-tension electrical plant.

OPERATION:
• The motorised inlet belt allows a continuous and optimal dough loading.
• Utmost accuracy of the cut dough pieces’ weight thanks to three calibrating cylinders.
• Can work any kind of dough having up to 75% water contents.
• Equipped with two stainless steel flour sprinklers with flour tray, independently motor-driven, to be used at your choice when you wish to sprinkle flour on the dough pieces.
• Teflon-coated knives cut perfectly dough pieces and a rotary ejector, mounted on knives, positions and aligns orderly the dough pieces.
