We have built the traditional fork mixer with modern technologies and productive methods, having the care of finding the best materials, in fact the machine has carrying structure in stainless steel. Bowl, fork, dough-cover and safety screen are in stainless steel, while the screaping to clean the bowl is in polyethylene and stainless steel. It mounts a 2-speed motor and it is fitted with a timer that stops the machine at the end of kneading.The whole electrical system is 24 V., low-tension, accordingly to European Community rules. On model of 50 Kg, they are standardly mounted two independent motors, with motor at 2 speeds on the fork. The highest attention has been applied to the study of the speed ratios between bowl and fork and to its shape to obtain good doughs. Tight reduction gears in oil bath, high resistance belt transmission, therefore very silent. Completely mounted on ball bearings, they don’t need any maintenance. Mounted on wheels, with brake.
