Electrical cream cooker
Machine recommended for preparing and cooking all kinds of cream, with great saving of labour. The double bowl, in stainless steel, allows to contain thermal oil in the air space. Bain-marie cooking avoids cream sticking or burning while cooking. At the end of work, the bowl can be tilted for an easy emptying. Machine equipped with timer and safety device according to CE rules. The electrical heating, fitted with armoured resistors put in thermal oil, maintains the desired temperature of the product thanks to a thermostat which regulates temperature during cooking. Machines have 2 speeds motors. On demand, it is possible to have speed variator and bigger Capacities.
