Machine apt to divide and round soft dough, with water content higher than 55%. According to the used machine (available in 7 models), you can get different weights (see the table). The production speed varies between a minimum of 830 pcs/hour and a maximum of 2800 pcs/hour. Machine equipped with stainless steel hoppers, available with different dough capacities on customer’s request: Kg. 30-50-80-100-120-200. Its working system allows you to get dough pieces having a precise weight, without ill-treating the dough. Machine endowed with digital counter of pieces that is programmable and stops automatically. The variations of production speed and dough weights are controlled electronically by two inverters, with simple controls for an easy adjustment. The re-circulating food oil lubrication system is fitted with a floating sensor and a filter that guarantee the machine’s constant good working. The machine has wheels for an easy movement and a tray for waste collection. Electrical plant and hopper’s protective grid are in compliance with the European Community Rules. The outlet belt is height adjustable for an easy combination with other machines and is equipped with a pre-round moulder. Optional, available on demand: moulding table for long loaves, narrow/long or short belt for combination, independent, motorised flour sprinkler.
