Bun divider and rounder automatic type
Machine of last generation, its hydraulic working entails a better dough pressing and an accurate dough distribution. The powerful rounding motion gives you almost perfect dough balls. Reliable and guaranteed to obtain high hourly production. This machine does not maltreat dough and gives the best result with rolls, canapès, pizza, “krapfen”, typical Sicilian brioches, etc. Mounted on wheels. Easy to clean and maintain, thanks to the rotating blockade for cutting. Available in different models, at 14 – 30 – 36 – 52 divisions, in order to obtain various weight ranges (as per table). Both models are supplied with 3 interchangeable rounding plates.
In the automatic type C-579, pushing the buttons you effect dividing, with a second operation, i.e. with a simple movement of the handle, you can set both the eccentric rotation and the rounding duration, thus finishing the complete working cycle.
In the computerised type C-578, the dough pressing and the rounding time can be set. You can choose of using the machine only for pressing or only for dividing, or you can select one of the ten programs from the memory for the whole cycle. The digital panel shows the chosen program.
